Can you solve this math puzzle ?

Puzzle : A shop sells 1 chocolate at $1. You can exchange 3 wrappers for 1 chocolate. If you have $15, how many chocolates you get ?

Answer : If we spend $15, we get 15 chocolates and 15 wrappers. From these (15) wrappers we get 5 chocolates. ( 1 chocolate from 3 wrappers). From these 5 chocolates again we get 5 wrappers. So, use 3 wrappers for getting 1 chocolate. So, we again have 1 new wrapper and 2 wrappers from previous balance. From 3 wrappers, we get 1 chocolate. Final answer is 22 chocolates and no more wrappers left. One More : A shop was selling 3 chocolates for Re. 1 and if you return three wrappers you get 1 free. If so, how many chocolates can you get for Rs. 45? Can you solve this? Comment your answer please.
